Volunteers
ASQ is an all-volunteer organization and we need to have as many individuals involved as
possible to keep the organization new and interesting. Many positions are open to interested
individuals.  The list of positions is shown on the Section Home page: www.asq501.org
Please contact an officer if you are interested in volunteering with the section or if you have a
question regarding a particular position and its responsibilities.

Have you seen where colleagues have put down a root cause of "human error" and a corrective action of "retraining". Since this rarely prevents recurrence, Mark Loewen will share how human error can be further analyzed to provide truly effective corrective action and improvement.

Special Note:

 Please RSVP to Dave Billett
